NNSW is an annual, week long celebration highlighting nursing students and their contributions to the nursing profession. The Canadian Nursing Students’ Association’s theme for 2017 is Empowerment: Finding Resilience in the Face of Stigma.

NNSW 2017 Resources

This year CNSA wants to celebrate students’ success and contributions but also shed light on the stresses and hardships nursing students face by highlighting their resiliency and by supporting students to find their voice. #Growyourvoice Contest

In celebration of NNSW 2017’s theme #Growyourvoice, ARNBC wants to know how B.C. nursing students use their voices.

Meet B.C’s Nursing Students

Each month ARNBC features a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner to highlight our nursing colleagues from across the province from all domains of practice and from every stage in their career. In honour of National Nursing Students Week we are thrilled to profile 2 B.C students; Josh Duncan, a B.C. student who championed this years NNSW and in honour of National Indigenous Nursing Student Day on November 20th Tamara Bob our most recent SNAP winner and B.C student.
